Skin Store In-Office & Online Product Return Policy
Unopened Products:
• Any product that has not been opened may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
• The unopened product must be returned and in CSL possession within 30 days of the original purchase date for the refund to be issued. If the product is not returned within this timeline, we will be unable to process the refund.
Opened or Used Products:
• We are unable to accept any returns or offer refunds on opened or used skincare or cosmetic products.
Adverse Medical Reactions:
• If you experience an adverse medical reaction to a product within 14 days of purchase, please contact Charlotte Skin & Laser immediately.
• Refunds for adverse reactions will be given in the form of an account credit equal to the original purchase amount.
• The original product must be returned to Charlotte Skin & Laser within 14 business days of reporting the adverse reaction for the credit to be issued.
▪ If you are unable to return the product in person, you may ship it back to the office at your expense.
▪ Account credits will not be applied until the product is received and verified by the practice.
